We are a growing transportation company preparing for a highly professional regional launch of our expedited non-CDL hotshot and shuttle fleet on July 10th. We are looking for an expert, self-sufficient Logistics Virtual Assistant to manage our backend outreach operations on a freelance basis, with a strong potential to transition into a long-term, full-time role as the business scales. Your primary mission for the next month is to build strategic relationships with regional shippers, bypass gatekeepers via cold calling, follow up via email, and secure signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) to lock in dedicated lanes. This is a critical role that allows our ground operations to focus on asset preparation and training. You will ensure the backend pipeline is completely organized so our active Dispatcher can focus 100% on tracking, dispatching, and running broker/shipper credit checks through Apex Systems. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & List Building: Research, source, and verify direct contact info for shipping managers and logistics coordinators. * Cold Calling & Phone Communication: Confidently pitch our incoming dedicated fleet capacity and navigate gatekeepers. * Outbound Email Marketing: Set up and execute structured B2B email outreach tracking follow-ups. * Partnership Development: Secure LOIs and map out active lane opportunities to help determine our final fleet equipment packages. Requirements: * Fluent, highly professional English (written and verbal). * Proven track record in US freight logistics lead generation, cold calling, or freight brokerage support. * Deep familiarity with the US freight market and transportation terms. * Ability to work independently and maintain an organized pipeline.
