Responsibilities: Build a list of local direct shippers (origins matching our terminal location). Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to Logistics/Supply Chain Managers. Upwork Pitch our 30-day trial proposal for their "headache lanes" or expedited freight. Deliver qualified leads ready to review and sign our standard LOI template. Upwork Requirements: Fluent/Native English speaker with excellent phone presence. Proven experience in logistics sales, freight brokerage, or dispatch prospecting. Access to your own calling tools (VoIP/Dialer) and lead scraping tools.
