Full-Time Email Marketeer: As a Email Marketeer you will be managing the emails of a fast-growing skincare brand and help scaling an 8-figure brand to 9-figures. Responsibilities: - Define overall email strategy - Improve email revenue % to meet targets - Improve retention - Make sure our deliverability is great - Constantly improve and optimizing flows - Implement email flows in Klaviyo - Staying on top of everything that's happening (Project Management) Required Skills: - Expert in Email Marketing - Understanding of Copywriting - Expert in Direct Response Marketing - Understanding of Email CRO - Understanding of Email Offers - Expert in Retention - Expert in Deliverability - Expert in Segmentation Soft Skills: - Whatever it takes mindset - Fast executioner - Excellent Quality - No excuses Required Experience: 3+ years of Direct Response experience 3+ years of Email Marketing experience Compensation: $2k + Bonuses Bonus: - AI expertise and AI automations - Experience with CheckoutChamp - Helped scale a brand from 7-figures to 8 figures or more - Experience in  Beauty Industry (Skincare = Bonus) Subscriptions About us: We're a fast-growing 8-figure skincare brand, and our mission is to become the biggest and most trusted in our category.
