Full-service TikTok live manager needed (start from scratch)

Background: I am a business owner looking to launch and scale a TikTok Shop from scratch. I have zero prior experience with TikTok Shop operations or TikTok Live streaming, so I am looking for a top-tier, end-to-end expert who can take full ownership of the setup, daily management, and sales growth. Our business sells perfumes, cosmetics and clothing Key Responsibilities: Full Shop Setup & Compliance: Set up the TikTok Seller Center from scratch, list products with optimized titles/descriptions, ensure seamless inventory syncing, and maintain 100% account health and compliance with TikTok's strict policies. TikTok Affiliate Management: Actively scout, outreach, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates to promote our products. Manage sample distributions and negotiate commission rates. TikTok Live Production & Strategy: Help plan, set up, and technically manage our TikTok Live streams. This includes setting up Live Studio/OBS, pinning products during live sessions, managing chat moderators, and optimizing live conversions. Ad Management & Growth: Manage TikTok Shop ads (if needed) and analyze performance data weekly to scale revenue. Requirements: Proven track record as a TikTok Shop Specialist / Certified Partner (TSP). Case studies showing successful shop launches and affiliate network building preferably in the Beauty / Apparel niche. Deep understanding of TikTok Shop US compliance and violation mitigation.
