Summary

We run paid ad campaigns for high-ticket webinar and challenge funnels, spending ~$600K per client account. The backend is already dialed in — what we need is someone obsessed with the front end: opt-in rate and cost per lead. If you're an expert CRO / funnel strategist with a track record of measurably improving opt-in rates and lowering CPL at serious spend, we want to talk. If you're early-career or a generalist, this role isn't the right fit. Reliability and proven results are non-negotiable. Responsibilities (front end only) Maximize opt-in / registration rate across landing pages, opt-in pages, and the webinar/challenge registration flow. Drive down cost per lead through page conversion gains and tight ad-to-page message match. Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on the levers that move opt-in rate: hooks, headlines, lead magnet framing, form fields, and registration friction. Ensure continuity between ad creative and the landing experience so the click-to-lead path doesn't leak. Maintain front-end tracking (opt-in events, CPL attribution in Hyros) so test reads and source-level CPL are trustworthy. Must-haves: A track record of measurably lowering CPL and lifting opt-in rates at meaningful spend. Deep landing-page and opt-in CRO expertise, with sound testing methodology (knows how to size a test and avoid false positives). Webinar and challenge registration funnel experience specifically. Financial / info-product niche experience, including how to keep front-end ad and page claims compliant. Stack: Hyros (or comparable), page builders, and testing tooling. KPIs they own: opt-in / registration rate, cost per lead, landing-page conversion rate, and CPL by traffic source. write "CRO" at the start of the proposal so i can make sure you had read everything on this
