GoHighLevel + HouseCall Pro Integration via Make (Integromat) — Bidirectional Automation Build

We run a digital marketing agency that manages CRM and automation systems for home service companies in the U.S. We have an existing Make (Integromat) scenario that syncs new leads from GoHighLevel (GHL) into HouseCall Pro (HCP) as customers and pipeline leads. We need a skilled automation specialist to expand this integration with additional bidirectional flows. What's Already Built: When a new contact/opportunity is created in GHL → a customer and lead are created in HCP via Make using GHL's API (polling architecture with a Data Store for deduplication) What We Need Built: All 8 flows below are triggered by events in HouseCall Pro and must update the corresponding contact/opportunity in GoHighLevel accordingly. 1. Estimate in Progress (HCP → GHL) When an estimate is marked in progress in HCP, move the GHL opportunity to an "Estimate in Progress" pipeline stage 2. Estimate Scheduled (HCP → GHL) When an estimate is scheduled in HCP, move the GHL opportunity to an "Estimate Scheduled" pipeline stage 3.Estimate Sent (HCP → GHL) When an estimate is sent to the customer in HCP, move the GHL opportunity to an "Estimate Sent" pipeline stage 4. Job Scheduled (HCP → GHL) When a job is scheduled in HCP, move the GHL opportunity to a "Job Scheduled" pipeline stage 5. Job In Progress (HCP → GHL) When a job is marked in progress in HCP, move the GHL opportunity to a "Job In Progress" pipeline stage 6. Job Complete (HCP → GHL) When a job is marked complete in HCP, move the GHL opportunity to a "Job Complete" pipeline stage 7. Estimate Approved / Job Won (HCP → GHL) When an estimate is approved or a job is won in HCP, move the GHL opportunity to a "Won" stage 8. Lead Lost / Job Cancelled (HCP → GHL) When a lead or job is lost or cancelled in HCP, move the GHL opportunity to a "Lost" or "Cancelled" stage These flows will use HCP webhooks (client is on HCP Max plan) feeding into Make, which will then call the GHL API (Private Integration Token) to update the opportunity stage. Requirements Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — pipelines, contacts API, opportunity stage updates, Private Integration Tokens. Proven experience with HouseCall Pro (HCP) — webhooks, leads, estimates, jobs, and the HCP API (Max plan). Proven experience with Make (Integromat) — webhook triggers, HTTP modules, routers, filters, data stores, error handling. Ability to work within an existing Make scenario without breaking current flows. Clean documentation of what you built (written notes or Loom walkthrough acceptable). Nice to Have: Experience building automations for home service businesses (painting, cleaning, contracting, etc.) Familiarity with GHL sub-account structure in an agency context. Deliverables All 8 Make scenarios built, tested, and confirmed working in our live environment. Brief written or video documentation of each flow. Handoff call or Loom walkthrough (30–45 min). Timeline: Ideally completed within 1–2 weeks of project start. Open to ongoing work if quality is there as this for one client, and we will need for more.
