We are Fantasktic (fantasktic-studio.com), a Spanish B2B SaaS: an all-in-one platform (CRM, projects, automations, e-signature, email, invoicing, AI) that replaces 15 separate apps. Our audience: agencies, freelancers/self-employed, audiovisual production companies and music professionals, primarily in Spain. We are hiring a growth/demand-generation marketer on an ongoing monthly retainer to grow free trials and qualified leads. This is a marketing SERVICES engagement and all deliverables are digital: strategy, content/campaigns, funnels, automations and reporting. Scope of work: - Marketing strategy and a monthly plan tied to clear KPIs (trials, leads, CPL). - Organic + paid social (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads) with content adapted to our audience. - Lead generation and a conversion funnel (landing page, lead magnet, email nurturing). - Marketing automation and email sequences. - Analytics and a monthly performance report. You are a great fit if you have: proven B2B SaaS growth experience with real, measurable results; native Spanish; and hands-on work with ad platforms and automation tools.
