Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (Contractor)

Love lead generation? Obsessed with creating campaigns that actually generate sales? We are an established but growing Australian retail media business operating in the exciting world of Digital Out of Home (DOOH) and local area marketing, and we're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive our next stage of growth. This isn't a role for someone who wants to build a strategy deck and walk away. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty, understanding the business, creating campaigns, generating leads, analysing results and continuously finding new ways to grow. You'll have the opportunity to work across Meta advertising, lead generation campaigns, CRM marketing, database re-engagement and new customer acquisition initiatives while helping shape a growing marketing function. What we're looking for: Proven lead generation and growth marketing experience Strong Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising experience Someone who can develop ideas and execute them Experience creating marketing content and campaign copy A proactive, results-driven mindset The ability to work independently and take ownership What you'll be doing: Developing and executing lead generation campaigns Creating and optimising Meta advertising campaigns Identifying new opportunities to generate sales leads Re-engaging existing prospects within our CRM Creating campaign content and supporting assets Monitoring results and continuously improving performance The opportunity: Remote contractor role Flexible hours Ongoing engagement available Australian-based preferred If you're passionate about lead generation, performance marketing and helping businesses grow, we'd love to hear from you.
