We are aggressively expanding our footprint and are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly driven Head of Creator Growth & Recruitment to take complete ownership of our talent acquisition and partnership expansion pipelines. Role Overview This is not a traditional corporate desk job. This is an aggressive, high-upside sales and pipeline development role designed for an absolute executioner. You will take total ownership of the SPX recruitment program. Your objective is twofold: Direct Creator Acquisition: Directly source, pitch, and onboard high-quality creators globally to stream live on TikTok LIVE (targeting a goal of 100 new active creators per month). B2B Partnership Development: Act as our boots-on-the-ground ambassador in Miami (and key metro markets) to forge strategic partnerships with local content studios, co-working spaces, modeling agencies, and fitness networks to secure recurring talent pipelines. To help you scale fast, you will inherit and manage a backend infrastructure powered by an offshore administrative team handling initial cold outreach and CRM lead flows. Your job is to close the leads, lock down partnerships, and scale the network. Key Responsibilities Creator Headhunting & Outreach: Execute high-frequency outreach across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to scout, pitch, and onboard high-earning creator talent. B2B Partnership Deals: Conduct outreach and close exclusive partnership agreements with local Miami and regional organizations (studios, agencies, gyms, creative hubs) to create direct physical talent pipelines. Pipeline & Funnel Management: Autonomously manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel—stepping in to negotiate terms, articulate SPX’s unique value proposition, overcome objections, and close warm leads. Operations & Admin Management: Oversee lead flows and CRM data tracking, collaborating with offshore support staff to optimize the recruitment engine. Qualifications & Requirements Sales & Growth Mindset: Proven track record in high-ticket B2B sales, talent recruiting, network marketing, event promotion, or startup growth hacking. Elite Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; natural networker who can command a room with local business owners and build instant rapport with digital creators. Tech & CRM Fluent: Proficient with CRM platforms (Monday.com, GoHighLevel), pipeline tools, and social media platforms to track leads and optimize performance. Social Media & Culture Savvy: Deeply embedded in TikTok trends, creator culture, and emerging social media dynamics. Local Ties (Bonus): Strong local ties to the Miami creative, entertainment, modeling, or fitness scenes are a massive advantage.
