What You’ll Do You will lead marketing and social media efforts for both brands, including: Social Media & Content Creation • Develop and manage monthly content calendars • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short form videos • Capture on site content (photos, videos, testimonials) • Maintain consistent, professional brand voice across platforms Digital Marketing • Manage Google Business Profiles for both locations • Support SEO and local search optimization • Create and manage paid ads (Meta, Google) as needed • Track KPIs and deliver monthly performance reports Reputation & Community Engagement • Monitor and respond to online reviews • Support partnerships with local employers, gyms, schools, and community organizations • Assist with marketing materials for employer wellness programs Brand & Creative Development • Produce graphics, flyers, brochures, and digital assets • Maintain brand consistency across all channels • Support campaigns for services, promotions, and seasonal initiatives • Drive sales volume and generate leads
