High End Digital Marketing/AI Agency Growth Consultant

We're looking for an experienced consultant who has successfully helped marketing agencies, AI automation agencies, or digital agencies scale from approximately $20k/month to $100k+/month. This is NOT a marketing execution role. We're looking for someone who can identify bottlenecks, refine positioning, improve our offer, build scalable systems, and help us grow into a larger agency. About Us We run an AI automation and marketing agency specializing in: AI Voice Agents AI Chatbots CRM Automation SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) AI Visibility Website Development Marketing Automation We've built a solid client base and have strong technical capabilities. Our biggest challenge is scaling consistently. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience With Scaling agencies Offer positioning Pricing strategy Niching down (or knowing when not to) Sales process optimization Building repeatable client acquisition systems Lead generation strategy Outbound sales Hiring & team structure Agency operations Increasing profitability Retention & recurring revenue Ideal Background You have experience with one or more of the following: AI Automation Agency Marketing Agency SEO Agency Paid Ads Agency Web Design Agency CRM/Automation Agency Fractional COO for agencies Agency Growth Consultant Even better if you've owned or operated an agency yourself. What We'd Like Help With Examples include: Identifying growth bottlenecks Reviewing our offer and positioning Pricing strategy Sales process improvements Building a predictable lead generation system Scaling from founder-led sales Improving client retention Creating systems that allow the agency to grow beyond the founder Requirements Please include the following in your proposal: Tell us about agencies you've personally helped scale.
