Summary

Job Description: You will follow up with inbound leads by phone and text, coordinate schedules between cleaners and clients, confirm appointments, handle day of communication, and update our CRM after every interaction. You will send a daily report each evening covering all activity and outcomes. You will be treated as a partner — your pay grows every quarter as the company grows. Wage/Salary: $5-6/hour + $5 per booking confirmed. Pay reviewed quarterly. Hours: 20 hours/week | Monday to Saturday | 9am-1pm CST Business Contact: Lawrence — Novo's Cleaning Skill Requirements: Home service experience (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) Sales (communication & persuasion) CRM (GoHighLevel preferred) Scheduling & coordination English (spoken & written — excellent level) Self management & problem solving We don't want a yes man. We need someone who spots inefficiency before we do and challenges ideas respectfully.
