We are a boutique Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Procurement, and Design Concierge firm based in Costa Rica, serving luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. We are seeking a highly connected and results-driven Business Development & Client Acquisition Partner to help expand our presence among luxury homeowners, hospitality operators, real estate developers, and international investors. This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone capable of identifying, cultivating, and closing high-value opportunities while representing our brand with sophistication, discretion, and a consultative approach aligned with the expectations of affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients. What We Do Our services include: * Interior Architecture & Interior Design * Luxury Residential Design * Hospitality Design * Boutique Hotel Renovations * FF&E and OS&E Procurement * Design Concierge Services * Procurement, Logistics & Installation Management * Commercial and Mixed-Use Interior Design * Project Coordination and Execution Oversight Our clients are often international investors, second-home owners, hotel operators, developers, and families building legacy properties throughout the region. Responsibilities * Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Latin America, the Caribbean, and selected international markets. * Develop relationships with: * Luxury residential homeowners * Boutique hotel owners * Hospitality groups * Real estate developers * Family offices * Investment groups * Private wealth advisors * Luxury real estate brokers * Architects and strategic partners * Generate qualified meetings and introductions. * Lead discovery conversations. * Present our services and capabilities in a professional and consultative manner. * Manage and advance opportunities through the sales cycle. * Assist in proposal strategy and deal structuring. * Close high-value projects. * Build strategic partnerships that generate recurring opportunities. * Maintain a clear sales pipeline and reporting structure. The ideal candidate has experience selling high-value professional services rather than commodity products. Experience in one or more of the following sectors is strongly preferred: * Luxury Hospitality * Boutique Hotels * Interior Design * Architecture * Luxury Real Estate * Real Estate Development * Private Wealth Services * Family Offices * Luxury Construction * High-End Residential Markets You should understand how affluent clients make purchasing decisions and know how to build trust through expertise, discretion, and relationship-driven selling. Required Qualifications * Fully bilingual (English and Spanish). * Proven track record closing high-ticket projects. * Experience working with luxury or ultra-luxury clientele. * Strong professional network within hospitality, real estate, investment, or luxury markets. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills. * Ability to independently generate opportunities. * Strong understanding of consultative sales processes. * Familiarity with Latin American and Caribbean markets. Compensation Structure We are open to discussing: Success-based compensation with attractive commissions on closed projects. or a Strategic Business Development Partnership model with long-term growth incentives. We are less interested in activity metrics and more interested in measurable results, qualified opportunities, and closed business. What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days: * Qualified opportunities actively in pipeline. * Strategic relationships established. * Meetings with developers, hotel owners, and investors generated. * Initial projects under negotiation or contract.
