HubSpot CRM Setup – Small Business

I'm looking for an experienced HubSpot freelancer to help me set up HubSpot CRM for my small business. I'm starting from scratch and need a clean, simple setup that I can manage myself going forward. **What I need:** • Set up a contact database with relevant custom properties/fields for my clients • Configure filtered email sending so I can email specific groups of contacts based on categories or properties • Build forms that, when completed, save directly to the relevant client's contact record in the CRM • A short handover/walkthrough so I can confidently manage it myself after setup **What I'm NOT looking for:** • Website or CMS development • Ongoing retainer or monthly management • Complex marketing automation (keep it simple) **Ideal candidate:** • Has HubSpot certifications (CRM and/or Marketing Hub) • Has set up HubSpot for small businesses before • Can provide a fixed-price quote for the full project • Can complete the work within 1–2 weeks Please include examples of similar HubSpot setups you've done and a rough quote in your application.
