Human Milk Donor Coordinator

Mothers’ Milk Bank California seeks a compassionate, detail-oriented Donor Coordinator to guide milk donors through screening, approval, and onboarding in accordance with HMBANA standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong documentation accuracy, HIPAA compliance awareness, and the ability to support donors — including bereaved mothers — with empathy and professionalism. The coordinator will manage donor records, medical forms, lab coordination, cooler logistics, and ongoing donor engagement while collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless and compliant donation experience. Preferred background includes healthcare experience such as LVN or RN, Medical Assistant, lactation consultant, or a related clinical field.
