Infrastructure Advisor - Planning & Behavioural Technologies (UK, EU, US, CAN)

We're an established Australian planning technology company working with government agencies and major contractors on multi-billion infrastructure and defence programmes. We're expanding our advisor bench across the UK, EU, US and Canada. We're after senior people who've run programmes, not just tools - people who know how major projects actually get planned, mobilised and delivered, and who know the people doing it. Typical inputs: market and buyer landscape reads, programme planning reviews, introductions and sector intelligence, occasional advisory on live work. You'll likely have 15+ years on major capital programmes (infrastructure, defence, energy, transport), current or recent roles at tier-1 contractors, consultancies or client-side agencies, and a network you've earned. Engagements are scoped, hourly, as-needed - a few hours here and there, with repeat work for people who deliver. Not a full-time role and we're not after your CV.
