Summary

We're a real estate investment company actively buying off-market properties across North Carolina. Our cold calling VA team is already generating warm leads and setting appointments — we need a skilled phone rep to take those warm handoffs, build genuine relationships with motivated sellers, and guide them through our buying process. This is a flexible contract role starting with lighter hours as we ramp up lead flow. The right person will grow with us — strong performers move to more hours and higher commission tiers. This is NOT a cold calling role. You're the trusted voice sellers want to hear after they've already said yes to a conversation. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Receive warm leads and pre-set appointments from our VA cold callers • Call motivated sellers, listen to their situation, and build genuine rapport • Explain our buying process clearly (as-is purchases, cash offers, fast close, no agent fees) • Gather property details, motivation, timeline, and price expectations • Update our CRM accurately after every call • Follow up consistently with leads who need more time • Communicate lead status and notes to our acquisitions team WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Excellent spoken English — warm, confident, and trustworthy on the phone • Experience in real estate (wholesaling, acquisitions, or investor sales strongly preferred) • Familiar with motivated seller situations: probate/estate properties, tax-delinquent owners, pre-foreclosure, divorce, inherited homes • Strong active listener — you ask the right questions and let sellers talk • Comfortable explaining cash offers and the wholesale process in plain, simple language • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a quality headset • Self-motivated and able to manage a follow-up pipeline independently • CRM experience (GoHighLevel, Podio, or similar) TO APPLY — MUST COMPLETE ALL 3: 1. Submit a 60-second voice recording introducing yourself as if speaking to a motivated seller who just expressed interest in selling an inherited property 2. Describe your real estate experience in 3–5 sentences 3. Share your available hours in U.S. Eastern or Central time Applications without a voice recording will not be reviewed. CONTRACT DETAILS • Duration: 1–5 months (with strong potential to extend) • Hours: Variable to start — expect part-time initially, increasing with pipeline • Location: Remote (must be available U.S. Eastern or Central business hours)
