Japanese Creator Acquisition Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly motivated Japanese-speaking Creator Acquisition Specialist to help expand our creator network in Japan. This is not a traditional customer support or virtual assistant role. The primary responsibility is identifying, contacting, and onboarding creators and online personalities from the Japanese market. Responsibilities: * Research creators across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and livestream platforms * Initiate communication with potential creators * Build relationships and explain partnership opportunities * Follow up consistently with interested creators * Maintain outreach and onboarding records * Work closely with an international team * Meet weekly acquisition and onboarding targets Requirements: * Native-level Japanese * Comfortable communicating with creators and influencers * Familiar with Japanese SNS culture * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated and results-oriented * Comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets Preferred: * Creator outreach experience * Talent scouting experience * Influencer marketing experience * Recruitment experience * Community management experience Schedule: * Monday–Friday * 11:00 AM–7:00 PM JST * Fully remote To apply, please answer: 1.
