Job application assistant

I need help submitting applications. I would like to find someone who can submit job applications for me and in return I would reward you with a bonus for successful applications. Here is the important part, I don't just want bad volume. I don't want 10k applications that won't get read. I can use any AI tool for that. I need skill and intelligence. I want to incentivise you to work hard and make sure the application is as good as possible. For that reason, I will lean more towards a lower 'per application' fee and a much higher 'bonus' if the application you submit is successful. Please respond with those fees, how much you would take per 10 applications and how much you expect the bonus to be for a successful application (successful applications dont just refer to me getting a job, but instead refer to me going past the application stage). It is expect that you will use AI, everybody does. However, you must know how to use AI, not just copy+paste whatever it outputs. You must read everything it produces, make sure it sounds human and not AI generated, and make sure it is the highest quality output possible I will provide the list of job applications, information about myself and any other relevant info. There will be a simple list of submissions to ensure that you do not repeat the same application or do the wrong one.
