Can You Help Us Become a Talent Supplier to AI Labs? We have access to large supply of technical candidates, including engineers, researchers, PhDs, students, and other specialists. Our goal is simple: become a trusted talent supplier to AI labs, AI workforce platforms, and companies building AI products. We’re looking for someone who understands this market and can help us: - identify demand from AI labs - secure pilot customers, - and shape the systems needed to qualify, deploy, and manage talent at scale. Experience at organisations such as Scale AI, Mercor, Invisible Technologies, Surge AI, Outlier, Handshake, Appen, Toloka, Turing, Braintrust, Upwork, or similar is particularly relevant.
