Project Title Leadership Assessment Scoring, Profile Routing and Report Automation Project Overview I am developing a leadership assessment that assigns participants to predefined leadership profiles based on assessment results and generates a personalized PDF report. The assessment framework, scoring model, profiles, report content, routing logic, and conditional content have already been designed. I am looking for a developer who can build the assessment workflow and automate the report generation process. The goal is to create a reliable, maintainable solution with minimal ongoing software dependencies and recurring costs. Core Requirements Participants complete a structured assessment questionnaire. The system calculates scores across multiple assessment domains. Participants are assigned to one of several predefined leadership profiles based on established routing rules. A small number of profile variants exist and follow clearly defined threshold-based rules. The system may assign one additional insight based on specific combinations of assessment responses. The additional insights are selected from a fixed library of pre-written content and are not AI-generated. The final report is assembled from pre-written report sections and exported as a PDF. The completed report is delivered to the participant via email.
