Local B2B Cold Caller & Appointment Setter for Commercial Cleaning (Florida-Based)

Hello! We are a commercial cleaning company operating in South Florida, and we are looking for an experienced, Florida-based B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team. Your main goal will be to call a provided list of local businesses and schedule walkthroughs/appointments for commercial cleaning quotes. Target Businesses: Car Dealerships (Dealers) Private & Charter Schools Small to Medium Office Buildings Medical Clinics Target Area: South Florida (Broward, Miami-Dade, and West Palm Beach). Requirements: Must be located in Florida (U.S. working authorization required). 100% Native English speaker (Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus but not required). Proven experience in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting in the U.S. Great phone etiquette and ability to bypass gatekeepers (receptionists). Excellent tracking skills to update call status in a shared Google Sheet. Payment & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience).
