Requirements: ✔️ Must be based in Serbia or any European country (only these locations will be considered) ✔️ Proven experience as a dispatcher, logistics coordinator, or transport planner ✔️ Excellent knowledge of road networks, routes, and regulations in Serbia and Europe ✔️ Fluent in English (spoken & written) – clear communication is mandatory ✔️ Familiar with dispatching software, GPS tracking, and basic office tools (Excel, email) ✔️ Fast decision-making, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure ✔️ Available for flexible shifts (including some weekends if needed) ✔️ Knowledge of Serbian, German, Polish, French, or other European languages is a strong advantage
