Looking for OTC Contract Manufacturing Sourcing Consultant – Minoxidil 5% Topical Serum

I'm the founder of an early-stage DTC hair care brand launching a minoxidil 5% topical serum as an OTC monograph product. I'm looking for a consultant with existing relationships at FDA-registered OTC topical contract manufacturers who can help me identify and connect with the right manufacturing partner. What I need: - Warm introductions to FDA-registered OTC contract manufacturers experienced with topical drug products (specifically minoxidil 5% or similar actives) - Manufacturer must have an existing validated minoxidil 5% formula (white label / private label – not custom development) - Must be open to customer-supplied glass packaging for filling - First run: ~5,000 units Ideal candidate: - Has direct relationships with OTC topical contract manufacturers in the US - Has worked in contract manufacturing, pharmaceutical sourcing, or cosmetic/OTC product development - Can move quickly – I'm actively looking to get into production This is NOT a general FDA regulatory guidance role – I already have a consultant for that.
