Looking for expert UI/UX Designer

I'm looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX Designer to help us create beautiful, conversion-optimized web pages for our brand(s). This is a project-based role with the potential for long-term collaboration if we're a good fit. Your design work should reflect modern aesthetics, user-centered layout, and clear visual hierarchy, ideally with a strong understanding of eCommerce UX/CRO principles. There are two types of project I usually have: - Landing page (something that'll be created like a net new from scratch) - AB experiment (in this case, I only want a section created, like product images or top fold etc) This also includes cart, because it's a very small thing. And then there are cases and that once you make it for one brand, you can duplicate (with updated branding) to other brands, without much work. Pricing: Being upfront. The quality matters, and I can provide volume of tasks, but I do have a tighter budget.
