Looking for a real estate cold caller

We are looking for a confident and experienced cold caller to contact property owners and realtors in the US market. 🔹 Responsibilities: Call property owners or agents (provided leads) Follow our script (and improve it where possible) Build rapport and overcome objections Identify motivated sellers Set appointments / collect property details Update CRM with accurate notes 🔹 Requirements: Fluent English (neutral accent preferred) Previous cold calling experience (real estate preferred but not required) Confident handling objections Reliable internet connection + headset Available during US business hours 🔹 KPIs: Minimum dials per day Leads generated per week Appointment bookings 🔹 Pay Structure: Small base retainer of $15/week + commission for closed deals.
