Luxury Concierge Sales & Client Relations Specialist (Yacht & Villa Rentals)

About Us Aurelius Society is a luxury concierge company specializing in high-end yacht charters, luxury villas, private aviation, exclusive experiences, and lifestyle services for affluent clients worldwide. We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Client Relations Specialist to manage incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and guide potential clients through the booking process. Responsibilities - Contact and follow up with incoming leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media. - Build rapport with high-net-worth clients and provide a premium customer experience. - Understand client needs, preferences, travel dates, budgets, and requirements. - Present suitable yacht, villa, and concierge options. - Follow up consistently to maximize conversions. - Maintain accurate lead records and communication history. - Coordinate with our internal team regarding availability and offers. Requirements - Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). - Previous experience in sales, customer service, lead conversion, luxury travel, hospitality, yacht charter, real estate, or concierge services. - Confident speaking with clients via phone and messaging platforms. - Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. - Professional, organized, and reliable. - Ability to work independently and achieve conversion targets. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with luxury clientele. - Additional languages such as French, German, Arabic, Spanish, or Italian. - Experience using CRM systems and WhatsApp Business.
