Marketing/Ops Manager

We are a vertically integrated, premium supplement brand rooted in natural products that make a real difference. We are a tight-knit team with big ambitions, combining science-backed formulations with thoughtful branding to build something genuinely impactful in the health and wellness space. We are looking for a team member to commit full-time and that wants to be one of us. That means weekly team meeting (digital), occasional team meet ups in person. Not an agency. Key Responsibilities: ● Drive sales and growth strategy, focusing on how to scale, improve conversion, and grow revenue sustainably. ● Build and optimize landing pages in Shopify to support campaigns and drive results. ● Take an active role in day-to-day marketing by testing ideas and contributing to execution. ● Collaborate closely with the team to shape the brand narrative and customer experience. Skills: ● Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how marketing connects to conversion and revenue ● Hands-on with Shopify ● Strong eye for high-performing content ● High energy person with a positive presence! ● Genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and self-development ● Technologically curious, with an AI-forward approach to work ● Structured, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at pace ● Proficient in Klaviyo, Canva, or a strong eagerness to learn quickly
