Medicaid Outreach Specialist (Base + Commission)

Must be from North America We are looking for a driven, sales-oriented professional to join our healthcare team as a Medicaid Outreach Specialist. This is a relationship-based sales role focused on helping families navigate the Medicaid process while moving cases forward through consistent outreach and follow-up. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance and earning potential. Responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound outreach with patients, families, and referral sources Build trust quickly and maintain strong relationships throughout the Medicaid process Follow up persistently to move cases forward and achieve results Track case activity and maintain accurate documentation Meet performance goals and contribute to team success Identify opportunities to improve conversions and patient engagement What We're Looking For Strong phone sales and relationship-building skills Goal-driven, competitive, and self-motivated Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities Comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once Healthcare, admissions, intake, outreach, or sales experience preferred Medicaid knowledge is a plus, but not required Compensation Competitive base compensation plus commission.
