Meta Ads Specialist for Growing Healthcare Practice Bay Wellness Group is a rapidly growing integrated healthcare practice located in Panama City Beach, Florida. We provide Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Psychological Testing, Primary Care, Urgent Care, DOT Physicals, and Medical Weight Loss services. Our newly redesigned website is launching this week, and we're looking for an experienced Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising specialist to help us build a long-term patient acquisition strategy. We're not looking for someone to simply boost posts or manage social media. We're looking for someone who understands performance marketing and can generate qualified appointment requests through strategic Meta advertising. This role is ideal for an independent consultant or small boutique agency. We are not interested in large marketing agencies or white-label firms. Initial Scope of Work The project will begin with: Audit of our existing Facebook and Instagram presence Optimization of our Meta Business Manager account Verification of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking Review of our new website from a conversion standpoint Creation of custom audiences Development of high-quality ad creatives Writing compelling, healthcare-compliant ad copy Launching multiple Meta advertising campaigns Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations Initial Service Lines Initially, we'd like to focus our advertising efforts on: ADHD Evaluations Autism Evaluations Psychiatry Over time we'd like to expand into additional service lines including Counseling, Neuropsychological Testing, Primary Care, DOT Physicals, and Medical Weight Loss. What Success Looks Like We're focused on business results—not vanity metrics. Success means: More qualified appointment requests Lower cost per lead Improved conversion rates Better return on ad spend Strategic recommendations that help us continue to grow Likes, follows, and post engagement are secondary to generating new patients. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone with demonstrated experience in: Meta Ads Manager Facebook & Instagram advertising Lead generation Conversion tracking and Meta Pixel Audience building and retargeting A/B testing Landing page optimization Performance marketing Experience working with healthcare, behavioral health, medical, or wellness practices is strongly preferred.
