Modify WordPress / Elementor Website

I have created this website https://shorturl.at/WgcwX using WordPress & Elementor Pro, and need a professional to finish it up for me. These are the modifications that I need: - Add a sub-menu for Services and Case Studies pages. - Add a CTA and a 4-Colum Footer section. - Modify body section of the About, Services, Cast Studies, Insights, News and Contact pages. - Add (4) case studies sub-pages (Just create and use the same template) - Add (6) case studies sub-pages (Just create and use the same template) - Make the site look good on mobile devices by adding and removing some of the sections. For the page creation you can use your own templates or the ones from Elementor Pro or Envato Elements (I have a subscription). I dont care as long as the site looks professional and functions well.
