Ongoing Freelance Signage & Large-Format Production Designer (Vehicles + General B2B)

We are an established mobile and home-based signage business in Brisbane, Australia. We specialize in B2B commercial accounts, trade vehicle fleets, insurance reinstatements, and local business branding (shopfronts, A-frames, banners, and promotional signage). PLEASE NOTE: We are actively interviewing this week to lock down an ongoing relationship with 1-2 reliable designers. We will be selecting the top applicants to complete a short, PAID TRIAL TASK ($20 AUD flat rate) immediately to test speed, communication, and print-file technical accuracy. Your Ongoing Responsibilities: * Vehicle Graphics: Set up 2D scaled layouts on vehicle templates (spot graphics, partial wraps, and rear windows) with proper panels and overlaps. * General Signage: Create basic commercial layouts for A-frames, vinyl banners, Alupanel building fascias, and frosted/printed window graphics. * Asset Vectorization: Re-create low-res client logos into infinite-resolution vector assets (.AI or .EPS). * Pre-Press Setup: Deliver final files in perfectly structured, print-ready formats (high-res PDF) with correct bleeds, crop marks, and dedicated cut paths. Requirements: * Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW. * Mandatory Experience: You must explicitly understand large-format print constraints, resolution scaling, and how to set up files for a print-and-cut workflow (e.g., Roland RIP software / CutContour stroke paths). * Ability to work comfortably with real-world metric dimensions (millimeters/meters). * Fast turnaround (24 hours or less preferred).
