Ongoing Virtual Assistant – Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, & Lead Gen (With Test Project)

I am looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant for ongoing, long-term support. You will help us migrate systems, manage email marketing, and support daily operations. Ongoing Responsibilities: Email Marketing: Managing and building email campaigns/automations in Klaviyo. GHL Migration & Setup: Migrating our existing content and funnels from Kajabi over to GoHighLevel (GHL). LinkedIn Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to prospects to build our pipeline. Social Media: Tracking current trends to help inform our content strategy. Design & Admin: Creating polished business proposals in Canva alongside general administrative tasks. First Task (Paid Test Project): We will start with a paid test project: Setting up a series of pre-written email Flows inside Klaviyo. The copy and strategy are already done; you just need to build, format, and test them to ensure they trigger perfectly. Requirements (Do Not Apply Without These): Proven experience setting up and managing complex Klaviyo Flows. Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (specifically migrating from Kajabi or similar platforms). Experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation tactics. Comfortable using Canva for professional layouts. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
