Operations VA — Run & Monitor AI Systems + Client Replies (Long-Term)

We run a web and automation agency. We've built AI systems that design websites, apply edits, and draft client replies almost on their own. We need a detail-oriented person to run these systems through a simple dashboard, confirm the AI did its job, and handle client communication. This is not a developer role. You won't be building anything from scratch. Your job is to run our AI systems, keep a close eye on them, and make sure everything is working the way it should. Your day to day: - Open our dashboard and start website builds - Check the finished site looks right and flag anything off - Trigger edits when a client is ready, then verify they applied correctly - Review AI-drafted client replies, adjust the wording, and send - Keep short notes on what's done and what's pending About you: - Strong written English. You'll be writing directly to UK business owners, so this is essential and we will test it. - Sharp eye for detail. You catch when something is wrong before the client does. - Clear thinker. You know what to say to a client and when to flag something to us. - Reliable and proactive. You raise problems early instead of going quiet. - Comfortable learning new tools and following a process Strongly preferred: - Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cowork, Claude Code, or Codex - Any coding or technical background is a plus For the right person who brings real skill and reliability, this can grow into something bigger over time. That depends on what you show us. Hours and pay: Hourly, tracked with Clockify. We start with a few hours per day and scale up based on how things go.
