We are looking for an AI-first operations specialist to help improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, manage projects, analyze data, and support business execution. You should be hands-on, organized, and able to turn business problems into practical solutions using AI tools, automation platforms, dashboards, and clear documentation. Responsibilities * Build and improve AI-powered workflows * Automate business processes using tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, or CRM tools * Improve SOPs, internal processes, and documentation * Support project management and execution * Create reports, dashboards, and business analysis documents * Research and test AI tools for practical business use cases * Help reduce manual work and improve team productivity Ideal Candidate * Strong experience with AI-assisted work * Practical problem solver * Organized and reliable * Comfortable working independently * Experienced with automation, operations, analytics, or project management * Clear communicator * Fast learner Useful Skills * ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI tools * Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Excel * SOP creation and process documentation * Business analysis and reporting * CRM, e-commerce, or marketing operations experience is a plus Work Arrangement This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week.
