Organic Instagram Growth Specialist

We are a UK-based pharmacist-led supplement brand looking for an Instagram growth specialist to help us grow a relevant audience and increase brand awareness organically. Our products focus on hair health, postpartum support, wellness and general wellbeing. We are looking for someone who can proactively grow our account while attracting genuine potential customers—not just follower numbers. Responsibilities include: • Finding and engaging with relevant UK-based audiences interested in hair health, wellness, motherhood and supplements • Proactively growing our following through targeted engagement and community building • Identifying potential micro-influencers and collaboration opportunities • Driving profile visits and website traffic • Maintaining a healthy follower-to-following ratio by reviewing and unfollowing irrelevant or non-following accounts where appropriate It is important that you can distinguish genuine potential customers from irrelevant audiences. We are generally NOT looking to attract UGC creators, independent travel agent accounts, social media managers, marketers, MLM/network marketing accounts or generic business accounts.
