Outbound Caller – Appointment Setter (HVAC / US Market)

We are looking for an experienced outbound caller to contact HVAC business owners across the United States with one goal: booking appointments. We sell AI voice agent systems for small business owners. Our offer includes a guarantee of at least 10 booked appointments per month or the client gets a refund, which makes this a straightforward conversation to have with the right prospect. What we need from you is simple. Call the list, qualify the prospect, book the call. We expect a minimum of one booked appointment per 100 calls. If you are experienced in outbound sales and comfortable talking to business owners, that number is very achievable. Requirements: fluent English, prior cold calling experience, and familiarity with selling technology or service-based solutions to small businesses. Experience selling AI tools or software is a strong plus. Needs to be able to book appointments through the CRM. Provide a sample cold call and include your KPIs.
