Outbound Sales Caller — Compounding Pharmacy Clinic Outreach (Commission-Eligible Lead Gen) Type: Part-time / Contract, ongoing Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred) Compensation: Base hourly rate + strong per-qualified-lead performance bonus (details discussed during interview). This role is structured to reward performance — top callers can earn significantly more than base pay through bonuses. ABOUT THE ROLE I'm looking for an experienced, confident cold caller to help grow a U.S.-based compounding pharmacy's clinic partner network. You'll be reaching out to medical clinics (weight loss, hormone/HRT, men's health, aesthetics, and wellness practices) to introduce our compounding pharmacy services and generate qualified, interested leads that I'll personally follow up on and close. This is NOT a script-and-hang-up job. I need someone who can build quick rapport, handle basic objections, and identify genuine interest before handing a lead off. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Make outbound cold calls to U.S. medical clinics and practices (list/CRM provided) - Introduce our compounding pharmacy's services: GLP-1 medications, peptide therapy, hormone therapy, and ED medications - Qualify leads — confirm decision-maker contact, current provider situation, and genuine interest - Log call outcomes and lead details clearly in our CRM/tracking sheet - Send warm, qualified leads directly to me for follow-up - Optionally: send outreach DMs/messages on LinkedIn or Instagram to supplement calls - Report daily/weekly call volume and lead conversion stats directly to me WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR - Prior experience with U.S.-based cold calling or telesales (healthcare, pharma, or B2B a plus) - Excellent spoken English with a neutral, professional phone presence - Comfortable with rejection and persistent without being pushy - Basic CRM/spreadsheet literacy (Google Sheets, HubSpot, or similar) - Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment - Available to work U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred) NICE TO HAVE - Familiarity with medical/pharmacy terminology - Experience calling into clinics, med spas, or healthcare practices specifically - Experience with LinkedIn/Instagram outreach or social selling HOW TO APPLY Please include: 1.
