Summary

We provide elite-level data auditing, pipeline validation, and methodological rigor for research labs, nonprofits, and mid-market to enterprise organizations. We are seeking a skilled, articulate Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) who is masterful on the phone, exceptional at navigating gatekeepers, and comfortable engaging with high-level decision-makers. Your primary goal is to conduct outbound prospecting to book high-qualified potential clients into a complimentary data diagnostic call. We offer a flexible workflow based on your experience and comfort level: Option A (Appointment Setter): You generate the lead, navigate the gatekeeper, and hand the qualified prospect off to our senior team to run the diagnostic call and close the deal. Option B (Full-Cycle BDR): If you have a proven track record of closing high-ticket B2B services, you can own the entire pipeline—from the initial cold outreach to running the diagnostic call and closing the contract. We want to align our success with yours. We are offering two performance-based compensation tracks: A lower, steady flat-rate per qualified diagnostic call completed, plus a smaller backend commission percentage when that lead officially converts into a signed contract. Zero upfront per-call fee, but a significantly higher commission percentage on the total contract value once the lead converts.
