Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator for Education Startup

I’m looking for a proactive and organized Community Outreach & Partnerships Assistant to support an education-focused startup based in the United States. Our mission is to improve access to educational resources for multilingual and immigrant families by building partnerships with schools, libraries, nonprofit organizations, universities, and community organizations. I’m looking for someone who enjoys research, community engagement, relationship building, and making a meaningful social impact. Responsibilities * Research potential partner organizations across the United States. * Identify schools, nonprofit organizations, libraries, universities, community centers, and other organizations that align with our mission. * Research grant opportunities that fit our mission and maintain an organized grant tracker. * Find the appropriate contact person and contact information. * Send personalized outreach emails using templates that I provide. * Follow up with organizations that have not yet responded. * Schedule virtual or in-person workshops when organizations express interest. * Maintain an organized outreach database using Google Sheets. * Suggest new partnership opportunities and outreach ideas. Qualifications We’re looking for someone who is: * An excellent communicator in written English. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Comfortable conducting online research. * Professional, reliable, and proactive. * Able to work independently and manage deadlines. Preferred (but not required) * Experience working with schools, nonprofit organizations, community organizations, or educational programs. * Experience with community outreach or partnership development. * Experience researching grants or funding opportunities. * Familiarity with the U.S. education system is a plus.
