Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to review our current process tools and help define a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW). We are a medium-sized organization with 6-8 internal teams looking for a consultant to help us identify and implement the right project management toolset. Our teams need to manage project timelines, task assignment, cross-team collaboration, and leadership reporting. We do not have a SOW yet — part of this engagement is helping us define one. We do have several active internal projects being done with differnent tools. We currently use Jira and Smartsheets but are open to replacing or consolidating either or both.
