Pad printing / tampography lead generation

Hey — looking for help sourcing a custom LEGO minifigure printing shop, mainly lead generation at this stage. Do you know anyone operating at this tier, or can you point me to a few candidates to compare? I've attached an example of a LEGO minifigure so you know the form factor. It's the standard ~4cm figure built from separate parts (head, torso, legs, arms, plus accessories). The thing I care about is the printing on those parts, not the plastic itself — I've picked a complex example on purpose, so use it as the quality bar to match. What I need: - Pad printing only — no UV, no digital/inkjet. This is non-negotiable. - Highest complexity tier: tight multi-color registration on small curved surfaces, high-opacity inks (light colors over dark plastic, no show-through), crisp fine lines and small text, and durable ink that resists handling wear. - A printer who knows how to print on every surface of the figure — torso front and back, legs, arms, head, not just a flat front panel. - Ideally they can also paint and print accessories, not just the body. When you find candidates, the things I'll want to compare: - Registered company name and how long they've been printing — I want to know if they're a direct printing factory or a reseller, not just a storefront. - Max number of colors/passes they can register cleanly on a curved part. - MOQ and per-unit pricing at a couple of volume breaks. - Whether they print on customer-supplied parts or their own only. - Whether they'll do a paid pre-production proof before a full run.
