About Control+ Control+ is a consumer app that protects people from scam calls and removes their personal data from the internet. Our users are mostly 65+ in the US — kind, non-technical people who just need help when something isn't clear. What You'll Do Reply to customer support messages via chat (Crisp) Handle common questions: billing, account access, how the app works, cancellation requests Be the friendly, patient human face of Control+ while we continue building out our systems No complex technical knowledge required — we'll give you the answers, you deliver them with care What We're Looking For Based in the US or available in US timezones — weekends are required Excellent written English — warm, clear, and patient Kind and empathetic — our users are older and sometimes confused or frustrated Reliable and responsive during weekend daytime hours Prior customer support experience is a plus, but attitude matters more than experience Hours ~10–15 hours/week Full-time coverage required for 2 weeks (end of July) while our main agent is on vacation — this is a firm requirement, please only apply if you can commit to this Must cover Saturday and Sunday Flexible schedule otherwise
