# Performance Marketer (1–3 Years Experience) 📍 Location: Sector 79, Faridabad 🕒 Full-Time | 6 Days a Week PitchBrands is looking for a Performance Marketer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to help scale client campaigns and drive measurable results. Responsibilities: * Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns. * Improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, and overall campaign performance. * Conduct audience research and competitor analysis. * Set up and manage tracking via GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, and conversion tracking tools. * Analyze data, generate insights, and recommend growth opportunities. * Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. Requirements: * 1+ year of experience in performance marketing. * Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics. * Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking. * Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills. * Proactive, ownership-driven, and eager to learn.
