Performance Marketer

We're looking for a performance marketer to run paid awareness campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. The goal is not immediate lead gen, it's targeted brand awareness among a specific technical and financial audience: CTOs, Cloud Architects, FinOps leads, and DevOps managers at mid-to-large enterprises. This starts as a part-time engagement at $250/month. If results are strong and the working relationship is good, this converts into a full-time long-term project. What You'll Own - Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta - Define audience segments aligned to our ICP (enterprise cloud and FinOps buyers) - Write or brief ad copy and creative direction (we'll support with assets) - Monitor spend, performance, and optimise for reach, engagement, and CTR - Deliver a fortnightly report — what's working, what's not, what's next What We're Looking For - Proven experience running B2B paid campaigns — especially on Google, Meta - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise tech audiences is a strong plus - You understand the difference between awareness KPIs and conversion KPIs and you don't chase the wrong metrics - You can work with a limited budget and still produce meaningful results - You communicate clearly and proactively, no chasing for updates What's Available - Ad budget is provided separately — this fee covers your time only - We have a website, landing pages, and CRM already in place - You'll work directly with the founding team, fast decisions, no bureaucracy
