Responsibilities include: * Making and receiving phone calls on my behalf * Following up on emails and outstanding requests * Scheduling appointments and meetings * Coordinating with vendors, clients, service providers, and professionals * Tracking action items and ensuring timely follow-up * General administrative support and organization Ideal candidate: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable making phone calls and following up persistently but professionally * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Proactive, resourceful, and dependable * Available during U.S. business hours This is an ongoing role for the right person with opportunities for increased responsibility over time.
