Core Features The system should include: Lead upload/import functionality (CSV or similar) A section to enter and manage SIP credentials IVR/audio message setup and management Press-1 detection and reporting Automatic transfer of calls to our DID/inbound number when a recipient presses 1 Dashboard showing campaign results and statistics, including: Calls placed Answered calls Press-1 responses Successful transfers Failed calls Call status and outcomes Multi-Country Capability A key requirement is the ability to operate across multiple countries.
