Project: Rebuild Existing Website from B12 into WordPress

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress website builder to recreate my existing website for SM Capital, Inc. on WordPress. The site is already fully written and designed on my current platform (B12). Your job is to: Access the existing B12 site (and associated content library) Systematically copy over all key content — pages, text, images, and structure — into my new WordPress site Rebuild the site in WordPress so it closely matches or improves on the current design, with: professional, finance‑appropriate fonts and color palette clean, mobile‑responsive layouts consistent header/footer, navigation, and section spacing Make sure all core pages are properly set up (Home, Services, Contact, plus any additional pages such as Resources, Projects, Research, Team, etc.) Preserve or enhance existing SEO basics (page titles, headings, URLs, internal links). I will provide: Admin access to the current B12 website Admin access to the WordPress site and hosting Clear guidance on which pages and sections are essential, and where we’re open to improvement or simplification. Deliverables: A fully functional WordPress site that mirrors the content of the B12 site and feels visually credible for a commercial real estate advisory firm Proper navigation and page structure Basic styling and branding (fonts, colors, logo placement) so the site no longer looks like a default theme.
