Quantum Physics Research Paper marketing

Summary

The project is to help disseminate a scientific/academic paper to the right academic and research community in a credible way. The paper is about a dialectical framework for understanding quantum mechanics, quantum measurement, entanglement, time, relativity, and possible links toward unification. The goal is not to “prove” the theory or guarantee academic acceptance, media coverage, or endorsement. The goal is to position the work professionally, refine the messaging, prepare suitable academic-facing materials, and create a targeted dissemination plan for the scientific community. 1. PAPER ATTACHED It should be treated as one of the shared document sources. 2. Published IJQF article link: I have the public article page for the paper published in the International Journal of Quantum Foundations. It should be used as the official public reference link in the press release, outreach emails, and academic dissemination materials. 3. Full manuscript file: This is the full academic paper titled “ It is the main source document that needs to be understood before preparing the marketing/dissemination strategy. 4. Press release draft: This is the initial press release draft. It includes headline ideas, research highlights, proposed public-facing claims, author bio text, and a conceptual figure about time. This draft needs refinement because some wording is too strong for a scientific audience and should be softened to avoid overclaiming. What needs to be done: Step 1: Scientific positioning and claim review Review the full paper and press release together. Identify the main message, the safest claims, the claims that should be softened, and the best way to present the work to academic audiences. The output should be a positioning document that explains how the research should be framed. Step 2: Press release refinement Rewrite the press release in a credible academic/scientific tone. The language should be strong but careful. For example, avoid saying the measurement problem is “finally resolved” unless the paper provides a fully testable mathematical/experimental proof. A better angle is that the paper proposes a new conceptual framework offering insight into quantum measurement, entanglement, time, and relativity. Step 3: Academic summary package Create a short academic summary, layperson summary, key talking points, author positioning language, and a short explanation of the paper’s contribution. These materials should be usable for researchers, university departments, science writers, journal editors, conference organizers, and academic groups. Step 4: Targeted dissemination plan Build a realistic outreach strategy for the scientific academic community. Target categories may include quantum foundations researchers, physics departments, philosophy of science groups, quantum information groups, relativity/cosmology researchers, science editors, university media offices, academic newsletters, relevant conferences, and research forums. Step 5: Contact list and outreach templates Prepare an organized contact list or target-category list and draft outreach emails for different audiences. The emails should be customized for academics and should not sound like generic marketing. Step 6: Outreach execution and reporting Support the first outreach cycle, track who was contacted, note responses, organize follow-ups, and provide a summary report with next recommended steps. In simple terms, this project is about taking a complex physics paper and helping to present it clearly, carefully, and professionally to the right scientific and academic audiences.
