Summary

Summary We are a real estate investment company looking for an experienced cold caller and appointment setter to help us build relationships with real estate wholesalers. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound outreach, introduce our company, explain how we work with wholesalers, and schedule qualified meetings with our lead investor. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, personable, organized, and capable of building genuine relationships, not just reading a script. Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to real estate wholesalers from provided lists - Introduce our company and explain our investment strategy Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with wholesalers - Gather information about their business and current inventory - Schedule qualified appointments between interested wholesalers and our lead investor - Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes - Follow scripts and talking points while being comfortable having natural conversations - Follow up with contacts as needed to nurture relationships
